How do I purchase products from your site?
It's very easy! Just pick the item(s) you'd like, add them to your cart, and click checkout
I don't see a card that suits the occasion, what can I do?
Simply send us an e-mail and we will make a card to suit your requirements.
Why do some pictures show cards with no writing on them, and some show cards with wording that I don't want?
All photos are for illustrative purposes only - your actual card will contain wording appropriate for the occasion, or wording of your choice. As all cards are individually hand-crafted, they can be customised to your requirements, and can contain any wording on the front.
How do I pay?
We accept cash on collection, or online secure payment via PayPal
I haven't received confirmation of my order, is there something wrong?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when we have received your order. If you haven't received this, send us a mail and we will confirm if we have received the order.
When will my order ship?
We aim to get all orders dispatched within a few days of receiving your order and payment. We understand that there will be times when you need an order dispatched urgently! If you contact us, we will do our utmost to meet your demands.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
We will send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in Ireland; 5-7 working days for delivery to UK & Europe; 7-9 working days for delivery outside Europe.
If, after this time, you haven't received your order, please contact us.
Can I use Mel's Cards Gift Vouchers on your website?
Yes, vouchers are redeemable online.
I don't live in Ireland, can I still buy your products?
Yes. We currently ship to any destination, world-wide!
Can you send the card directly to the recipient?
Yes, just put the recipients address as the delivery address. Use the "personalisation" box to tell us what you would like printed on the inside of the card, and we will post it directly to the recipient with your well-wishes pre-printed inside - all at no extra charge!
I don't want what I bought, what can I do?
As all cards are made to order, we don't offer refunds or replacements. In a case of error on our part, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
I want to see a card before I purchase, is this possible?
